Refund Policy

At Ketnesh Collection (Ketnesh Enterprises Private Limited), refunds are processed for eligible returns and cancelled prepaid orders in accordance with this policy.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued for:

• Eligible returned products approved after inspection.
• Cancelled prepaid orders before dispatch.
• Incorrect, damaged, or defective products received.

Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the required payment details.

Delayed or Rejected Refunds

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds may be declined if the returned product does not meet the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
