Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support with your:

• Order Number
• Customer Name
• Contact Number

If your order has not been dispatched, the cancellation will be processed.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after cancellation is confirmed.
• If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Policy for further assistance.
